Mozilla developer Robert Accettura notes (http://robert.accettura.com/archives/2007/11/24/top-windows-programs-open-source/) in his last blog post that 7 out of 9 titles in a recent roundup of top 9 Windows utilities by download.com editors (http://www.download.com/8301-2007_4-9820407-12.html?tag=ss_rltd) are open source. Accettura prefers the term "open source", but all the licenses in question are Free software licenses (http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/license-list.html).
That's quite something, isn't it?
