if it does, I would be interested to know how... I haven't really spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to do this on a Powerbook G3, but it never worked for me.

With a 256mb RAM chip in there, it runs Ubuntu pretty well. The only major problem it has is a 800x600 screen, but its really a chick magnet.

If only I could get a working battery for it!

How about normal laptops, is hybernate working ok for those?
