You heard me correctly, lets Draw On Bill Gates!
Heres how it works: You take this picture of Bill Gates:
http://hostmyimage.com/out.php/i2562_BillGates.jpg
Then edit it around in GIMP or your image editor of choice and do something funny with it .
Heres an example:

(its not very good..keep in mind its only an example)
