Ubuntu South Carolian Forum Request

This is a request for Ubuntu-US-SC (Ubuntu South Carolina).

We are requesting a forum.

sc.ubuntuforums.org would be the first choice...
If it is not available, then we can go from there (but it seems to be available).

We are listed on the Wiki and do have an IRC channel.

I will be the moderator, we will add one more shortly (hopefully...) depending on forum usage.
