I'm using a simple ticketing system, DanPHPSupport. It integrates a knowledgebase as well. Very effective and fast for me, but seems to lack a few features that some people need. But for me, it's an all-in-one ticketing script.

In my previous, I was able to deploy oneorzero ticket system, its quie straight forward and has an integrated knowledgebase, segration from users and supporters, etc.
