View Full Version : Internet Cafe Management System for Ubuntu Linux

ask lang mga master... meron po ba kayong alam na pwede magamit na software para sa internet cafe na pwedeng iinstall sa ubuntu? Server-Client side like easy cafe, cyber cafe pro, etc.? bago lang po ako sa linux at talagang wala akong alam ngayon palang ako nagsisimulang mag read sa mga topic and sa mga commands. ibang -iba talaga sya sa windows. :( sana meron po kayong ma recommend sakin na hindi naman masyadong complicated. yes it is a library/component, but apparently they also made a front end.

Like most Internet Cafe programs, the problems seem to lie in the setup.

With CCL I have 2 which are very resistant to my attempts:

1). The server program seems, at the moment, to be OK. The client program will not run. It gives an error message in the terminal that it cannot find the 2 pem files. That is the case whether I run it as user or sudo.

I have checked that they are in the .cclcfox directory and I have made several such directories in critical places. It still does not find them!

2). The launch command for the client gives me a syntax problem. It requires an IP address for the server (?) How to find this? AFAIK this is dynamically set (?). It then needs name - should this be the name of the client or server - or would a random "ABC456" be happy? Does this choice of name have consequences?

Can anyone cast a light on this arcane situation?
