I use None. I normally use Fluxbox with my own theme, which is very simple (by design).

Normal settings here as they otherwise serve no useful purpose.

I would use custom, but I only get a 56hz refresh rate with my NVIDIA 6200 supporting 3d with the NVIDIA driver, since that hurts my eyes (duh) I use none.

I keep my Fiesty partition strictly for reliability as I need it for work...I have 4 other partitions to show off the latest bleeding edge and eye candy with

I picked normal, but I think i use less than that, I have the cube, but disabled most other stuff, I have the paint fire on screen plugin just for fun. I have window previews so I can hover over taskbar and see which window is which. I have window decorator but don't always use it, something I just use KWin's decoration with compiz-fusion just for the cube.

I have no animations, or blurriness or anything because they all either slow down the computer or annoy me without being useful (the cube I find useful sometimes, but I can get along without it)

I have tried Beryl with Xubuntu 7.04 (and other distros), but have removed it because I just found it to be an irritating distraction that doesn't actually do anything useful.
