How to compile wine/crossover?

Thanks for the heads up on MacPorts (http://www.macports.org/), I've installed PortAuthority (http://www.codebykevin.com/portauthority.html) too, which is a great GUI for MacPorts, makes it much easier to use.

Has anyone had success installing Wine on 64bit OS X?

I've installed CrossOver (http://www.codeweavers.com/), no problem, but have troubles with two out of three softwares that I want to run via CrossOver.
