I am in need of a simple web based project management software. Needs to run php / mysql and keep track of 25+ projects, multiple users, notes, % complete , and stuff...
any suggestions?

I wrote an web-based critical path calculator:

...though it won't do the other fancy stuff you mentioned.

Use the project management software calculator from the following link http://www.valleyspeak.com/index.php/product/project-management-software-cost-calculator
to calculate your project management software cost.

Web based are the important words.

I don't have any experience with web based project management but here might be a good place to start: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_project_management_software
