To all PA LoCo members outside of Philly Area

I don't want you to feel left out. Obviously, picking
up your items at a Philly or Southern NJ event may not
be possible.

If you feel that the group shipping rates plus a local
shipping from the Phila area still benefits you -
PLACE your order.

I will then ship your order to you. We can arrange
for the payment for local shipping at that time.

After you make your order and complete the initial
payment as listed on the wiki page, email Dave Harding
and let him know that Jim Fisher will be picking up
your order. CC me with that email and shipping
address and I will forward your order to you and send
payment instructions for the local shipping.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Group Order to Reduce Shipping Costs from The
Canonical Shop

Hi,

Several members[1] of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey
Ubuntu Local Communities (LoCos) are arranging a group order from the Canonical Shop[2] to reduce individual shipping costs. (The Canonical Shop's shipping charges are high even for international shipping.)

[1] The following members are organising the order:
Pennsylvania: Lyz Bevilacqua & Jim Fisher
New Jersey: Joe Terranova & Dave Harding

[2] http://shop.canonical.com/

The combined group order will be delivered to Dave
Harding who will deliver it you at subsequent meetings of PLUG Central, LUG/IP, CHLUG, RUSLUG, and (tentatively) at a NJ LoCo event. Anyone able to pick up their order at one of those meetings and wanting to save on shipping charges is welcome to participate, but WE NEED YOUR ORDER by Sunday, 18 November 2007.

Details and instructions are at the following URL:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NewJerseyTeam/GroupOrders

Thank you,

Jim Fisher
