I am considering replacing two old servers - an internal Web/NFS/media file server and an external mail/web server with a single box running two Ubuntu server VM's.
This is a SOHO setup, so there won't be lots of users hammering the servers.
The other requirement is that each virtual server will be storing the data (not the OS) on separate mirrored drives i.e. one set of mirrored drives per server.
Any suggestions as to which virtualization product is likely to be most suitable. The hardware will be an AMD dual core with 2 GByte RAM.
