Who use linux?

I think about that who use linux. I mean between Man or Women. In all forums where I read there is no girls who use linux. I want to know what is the percent of womans who use linux (any kind of linux OS, Ubuntu, fedora, suse, etc) and who are that involved in developing, testing, playing, learning how it works and stuff like that. Seriously I want to know what you think.

That means there is a females who use linux. But what is a level of knowledge and experience.
Im man 21year old, and I want to learn how the system work, and play with OS codes. Im not gamer :)
