Hello! I represent a group of students at Valparaiso University, in the Computer Science department. We're developing a robust model to simulate the success of a given e-commerce web site, based on the presence of negative elements users find discouraging. We need lots of data regarding what discouraging elements users are the most intolerant of, so we developed a quick survey.

If you wouldn't mind taking it (takes less than a minute), we'd sincerely appreciate it:

The bottom portion is simply a dump of the SQL database containing the results (PID, q1, q2, ..., q19). "Don't Care" answers are stored as a 0.

Flash ANYTHING is a terrible idea. It's horrible for accessibility.
