Nothing special about my boxes, but I'll play.

My desktop machine:

My server (from which you are viewing these images; apologies about my upstream connection):

And, my laptop, which is currently resting:

Where did you get the server?

From Dell. :) It used to be a desktop system, and then it broke. After I repaired it, it became a server. It's old, and not particularly powerful in comparison to my other boxes, but it does its job pretty well.

Whoa! I have that same box! Although probably a bit older. Looks like a Vista sticker on it:twisted:

Alas, yes. I have since replaced that monster with XP, but didn't take the sticker off . . . those things are stubborn. (btw, that's a home-printed "Powered by Linux" right above it).

Anyway, it's a Pavilion a1726x -- a bilingual computer. It asked me to choose between English and Spanish during the initial setup. I chose English, but the BIOS decided to speak in Spanish. Weirdest machine I've ever owned. (fortunately, though, I understand basic Spanish)

Meet the chaos of my computer area...

..Just took this... thought about tidying it up but still studying so figured an honest pic would be better :lolflag:

The lappie and the desktop in their natural state (like if you were to pop over unexpectedly :D)

Oh, not exactly the same then. Mine is an a1150y. But it looks identical. I'm off to get some pictures.:guitar:

Yep. In fact, my camera won't connect directly since I switched to 64-bit Ubuntu -- I had to upload those photos via the SD card.

That printer looks very familiar. HP Deskjet F380?

Haha thanks, as for winning the lottery I wish! I would have some serious hardware and a bigger desk...
Each of those computers has a purpose anything from being a file server or network entry point for my laptop to gaming..amongst other things ;-)
as for operating systems of the 7 pcs on the network 4 of those have ubuntu installed, the others are xp (not going to vista)
