sound doesn't work for scummvm and neverball

Hi,

My sound doesn't work for scummvm and neverball. ubuntu sounds,xmms and mplayer work fine.

scummvm when I start beneath-the-steel-sky or flight-of-the-amazon-queen :

WARNING: Sound initialisation failed.!

neverball :

Sound disabled

checkout if those programs use OSS or ALSA, my bet is it has something to do with the libraries they are using. if you cant use sound in one program and can in another, check what the program relies on. sometimes you can find a work around if the library is faulty.

well VTK doesn't work with nvidia driver. And neverball doesn't run nice without 3d support. So it doesn't matter anymore at the moment.
