No Wired Network Issue

Has anyone come across this issue?
Went to 7.10 and wired network no MIA?
I am relatively new to all of this but oved 7.04.
Any input, greatly appreciated.

i'm thinking (hoping) this is something simple and not a driver issue in 7.10. Do you have a wireless adapter AND a wired adapter in this PC?

Could you open a terminal and paste the output of "ipconfig", "iwconfig", "lspci" here?
