Since I am building a forum for health and spirituality (look at it: http://www.crystal-clear.athertek.com/forum/), I'd like to use a software tool for nutrients analysis. I found a very good one on a web site a few weeks ago. There was an online version. The user was able to enter a keyword, say "cheese". Then a list of all possible meals (including different sorts) with cheese will appear. The user selects one and then specify quantity/weight. Then there was a button "Calculate!" and the magic begins! A comprehensive list of all vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, energy calories, etc. appears! This software is really cool! I'd like to use it in my every-day life. Can you help me find the link to it?
Thanks in advance!

I found it! It is here:
http://www.ars.usda.gov/Services/docs.htm?docid=5720
However, I noticed it relies on data for US - type food only! Can someone suggest me a European database for nutrients!???
