hey everyone. I'm new here, and don't know where to post this ;o.

Just like to introduce myself and get the excitement out about switching to Linux (Ubuntu/Xubuntu in specific).

I didn't think I'd ever be able to make the switch, bit I've proved myself wrong. I'm so glad I did. Linux/Ubuntu is so great, better yet, easy to work with!!

PS: Thanks to everyone who made Linux/Ubuntu so great :D

Welcome to the community.

Don't let anyone try to confuse you with "Linux is best/Windows is bad" or "Microsoft only" arguments....Ubuntu (and other Linux platforms) and Windows are just different, and people will have their reasons for their favourite operating environments - I like Ubuuntu for some stuff, and Windows for other stuff.
