Wow. 95%+ percent of the market uses windows, which is far from the 58% here. Work computers excluded since it's asking about "you?"

Hang on a minute. The reason Linux has such a high percentage of the vote is because of forum topics like this one. You're saying "everyone vote on this poll!" and then saying "ooh, look, 14% of people use Linux". ?!?!

Yes, why not? The people not using computers could do the same, couldn't they? Even the people with Reduced Functionality OSs could do it.

It raises awareness of Linux so even if a handful of people say "Hey, it looks like a lot people are using Linux, maybe I should try it out" then it's well worth a little self promotion so to speak. :wink:
