Hi,i'm just starting to use OpenSuse for my OS..so, ihave questions:
1.Difference between Ubuntu & OpenSuse?
2.Which 1 better?
3.Probs..I have boot Opensuse installation disk from my dvdRom-channel ide4.Then,it says "cannot find installation disk".i cannot change the channel because of my sata.Any suggestion?

1. Not a huge difference
- different package management, Ubuntu's Debian system maybe better.
- Different config tools, OpenSUSE maybe better.
- OpenSUSE is a large on-disc distro, Ubuntu is a small 1CD that you later download the rest of what you need.
- Ubuntu is very Gnome-centric, it can be quite a painful experience for KDE folks sometimes, even just reading forum threads.

2. That will depend on you, both are highly rated, so any opinions will be rooted in bias, you will have to try both :o
