Question, why is nvu in hoary-backports and not hoary-extras? I thought the idea was that backports are for things that are updates to the ubuntu repositories and extras were for those items not a part of ubuntu.

Am I wrong or is this package misplaced?

It's in hoary-backports universe at the moment.
