Saturday evening: neighbourhood cheese party.
Sunday morning: recovering from party.
Sunday not morning: tinkering with tablet pc and adjusting all timepieces in the household by one hour. Paying some bills, not least the one for the tablet pc.

Heat cheese with IR source until [molten ... burned]. Add boiled potatoes, mixed pickles. Add spices at will. Eat. That explains the cheese part.

Drink copious amounts of wine. Be merry (for the party part).

It's called 'Raclette'.
