Im a dapper user (and fan) and I will probably never upgrade (long-term support). However, some applications are getting difficult to get.
Deluge, being considered one of the most promissing bittorrent clients at the moment, is one of them. I know there's been some problems creating a good version for dapper, because there are missing dependecies. If dapper is really a long-term support version (because it's so damn great), why are there important packages not being included in the repos (not even backports has python-notify, for example)?
For your consideration.
Regards.
