I tried Walla Walla but they wouldn't let me in so I'm getting it from OSU at the unbelievable slow speed of 26KB/sec, I should be done by the time Hoary comes out:)

ubuntu-7.10-desktop-i386 from ubuntu.com, grabbed it 5 minutes after it came out downloaded with uTorrent in WINE.
ubuntu-7.10-alternate-i386 from my emergency torrent mirror (couldnt be bothered waiting for ubuntu.com to load), about to download it in rTorrent

Canonical should seriously consider a better in-OS upgrading mechanism involving Bittorrent. Anything other than downloading from the same hammered servers as everyone else. Or at least, you know, offer the choice.
Unless I can already do that and just don't know :)

Thats what I did but upgrading does little good if you want to distribute free Kubuntu DVD/cd's.
You can't hand a upgrade out very easy, but DVD/CD's are great for this purpose. ;)

Ubuntu desktop from LinuxTracker
Ubuntu alternate using the torrent I picked up from one of the official UK mirrors (datahop)
Torrent client used: Azureus 3.0.3.0

I downloaded ubuntu-7.10-desktop-i386 from the link here on the Ubuntu pages. Not certain what tracker it's using though (it's running (seeding) at home, and I'm at work...)
Anyway, I use Utorrent on my Vista box, but when I was running torrents on Linux, I still used it, under wine. It's simply the best client I've found.
