I read the Digg Linux/Unix RSS Feed several times a day, constantly experiment with ubuntu, testing my own limits, the limits that my laptop can take me to, always trying to work on the very edge of testing.

I want to help out with Ubuntu, to help it grow, but since I don't exactly have the ability or telent to learn how to code or program, I am essentially helpless with that.
My foreign language skills are basic, except for my Latin...which we don't exactly need a full translation for anyways. =P

I am hopeless at art, but I really do want to try to get involved, seeing this movement grow and flourish.

I can write, and I have a good mind for getting into the heads of others, teaching and showing them new things.

Where can I get involved?

I'd say you're in the right place. Help out in the forums, then move on the bigger better things if you have time. It's a great community, and I love seeing posts like this one where people believe in the project enough to want to help it progress.

I have been there already, and I haven't really seen anything for me, that I could really help out with. I have no idea how to do documentation, development, or design, and I don't know enough to support. I am just reiterating what I said in my first post. :)

This may fit the bill.
UF Teams (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=214)

Other than helping through the above most users write guides as a way to give back, As well as offering help through posts.

Filing (reproducable) bugs is a good idea.
