What is the best bug tracking system? What are people using at work, home, among friends, etc....?

I have tried bugzilla (Not user friendly to non-programmers) and manits (don't like look and feel).

I am looking for something that is web based and uses mysql. Any suggestions?

Trac is pretty nice, has wiki function (for the website) and is pretty easy to navigate. a great example of a trac site is the pidgin homepage:

http://pidgin.im/

im not sure if it uses mysql however.

If hosting it on your server isn't a must-have, Launchpad (http://launchpad.net) is a pretty good service.

If you want something easy and quick, try BugWiki. The feature set is limited, but it's virtually learning free and there is no install, just a simple sign-up. http://www.bugwiki.com
