Our next meeting at the Howard County Central Branch will be on October 18th, Gutsy Gibbon Release Day!
I'm sure there will be some Gutsy discussion.
We've also had a request for a GPG Key Signing. If you are interested in having your key signed, please bring your photo id, GPG Key ID written out, and associate email address. Preferably bring a few copies to give to those that verify your id so they can have a record of who they are signing for.
If you do not have a GPG key and would like to generate one, please see the instructions on the Gnu Privacy Guard Howto (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/GnuPrivacyGuardHowto) at the Ubuntu Wiki site. If you're looking for a frontend, I like Seahorse (http://www.gnome.org/projects/seahorse/). If you want to generate one at the meeting, be sure to bring your laptop with you.
The final topic to discuss will be the presentation on the 21st. I'm working to get a projector and hopefully we'll have the outline of an OO.o Impress document to work off of. I have one that I've been toying with and will be focusing on it over the weekend.
