Giant Plush Microbes...sooo cute!

The toy comes with a picture of the real thing and information about it.

Guess it's a nice way to educate people on the small universe of microbes :)

The blue one is the rhinovirus (common cold), the white one at the top left is beer yeast, the long yellow one causes ulcers. Pretty scary stuff, unless you see them as cute as this :)

My fiance loves these! They are a Chirstmas/Birthday standby. Of course, she is a microbial biologist....

I have rhinovirus. He so adorable with his little bumps. It was also quite the kick to explain to all my friends that my girlfriend and I exchanged the cold and the flu for Christmas.
