Hey everyone,

In the last few months, the North East Wisconsin Linux Users Group (NEWLUG - http://newlug.org) has become pretty active with 10-20 people meeting monthly in De Pere, WI to discuss Linux and other techie things. If anyone happens to be in the De Pere area on the 2nd Thursday of each month, stop on by!

For those much too far from De Pere, see http://wisconsinlinux.org for a LUG near you!

I've been to the MadLUG here (Madison), but wasn't too hot about it...

what sort of things go on at your gatherings? (I'm sure i'd have enjoyed it more if I knew some folks better).

Just curious.

Well, discussions usually include pretty much anything computer-y or even geek-y. Linux and free / open source stuff at the core.
