What do you have your performance settings at?


Here are mine:

Performance Settings(cropped) e17(Smoke Theme) in Xubuntu 7.10

...but your performance settings should be available regardless of the DE/WM?

I don't have any performance settings you insensitive clod! Just kidding. :D Sorry, that's a recurring joke on the Gentoo forums. So much so that it is often included as the last option of polls. :lol:

I honestly don't know what I should set these at to fully utilize my ATI Platinum Radeon?...I want it to be the fastest it can be.

Any hints?

(I guess I could just experiment a bit)

Don't know I don't use GNOME enough anymore, I could probably figure it out in KDE.

I can't see a difference between 5fps and 130.

IF a lower value means less CPU I am going with 5.

Yeah, I think that may be the case for KQEMU. I was under the impression that it was faster, but realized that it might not really make much of a difference. I might have to do a test on it then.
