Open Source 2D Animation?

Hi,

I'm looking for a program similar to moho (http://www.lostmarble.com/index.shtml) that is free and Open Source.
The reason I cant use moho is that I'm making an app for my website (that is not up yet :P ) and I will have this as a guide line: "everything on this website was made using open source software and you only need open source software to use it".
The app needs animations that I plan on storing in OGG Theora files...

Can anyone help?

ktoon is the only open source animator you posted... Toon Boom costs money...
