View Full Version : Importing PSpice Libraries to Oregano?

Hello All!

I'm in a circuit analysis class and I would like to try and use Oregano to design and simulate circuits that we will be building. I would like to be able to use the PSpice libraries that the rest of the class will be using. Is there a way to import the PSpice libraries into Oregano?

I found an old program (2001) called "pspice2oregano", but I can't find ANY other information on it other than the -man pages. Here is a link: clicky. (http://www.penguin-soft.com/penguin/man/1/pspice2oregano.html)

I have a feeling that this is outdated and no longer being used. Is there another way to do it?

I also see an option within the Oregano preferences that allows you to change the engine from GnuCap to NgSpice, but there is a icon next to it that says "Engine executable not found". Would this help me get the libraries of PSpice?

Thanks for any help!
