Hello,
I am in need of a new laptop. I know that this topic has been brought up before, but I have a few specific needs. First, wireless needs to work. Second, some kind of TV out needs to work because I do a good amount of presenting and I have had problems with my current s-video situation (it may be a problem with ubuntu, I'm not totally sure). Third, I do not want a Thinkpad. Yes, I know they are the "most compatible" and all, but I do not like them. They are uncomfortable for me to work on.
I am a music teacher and mostly do word processing, but I also need to run some highly intensive programs from time to time, so a good amount of memory would be nice.
