In the Ubuntu Hoary Hedgehog 5.04 (http://www.ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=50) section, the forum Desktop Support has the text "Discuss any desktop issues here including KDE, Gnome, XFCE etc.." However, the separate Hoary 5.04 Kubuntu (KDE) (http://www.ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=68) forum says it is "For all your KDE/Kubuntu questions and issues."

Should the first forum instead say that it's for something like: "Discuss any desktop issues here including Gnome, XFCE etc., but not KDE."?

IMO, there should be a General forum for things that ubntu itself messed up, and then two KDE/gnome support forums.
