Here is the beginning of documentation I am making for Ubuntu use in business, trying to show how it can be used in business and clearing the myths that it can't. The document is composed primarly complied of information from these two post:

Any comments made on these documents will be taken into to consideration for future development of them. They are not just for me who is trying to make an OS switch in IT but anyone else who might be trying to make a similar switch and needs some help or proof. So please feel free to say what you want. Additions, critiscm, flaming, and especially help will be greatly appreciated. And for the spelling, I threw this together in my spare time so spelling isn't perfect and they are still incomplete, very much so.

Use them however you wish also. A copy in .doc and .obt are included. And they are not that long, 6 pages of just an outline with charts and graphs. And if you want to see how much better cost wise Ubuntu is compared to windows, its a good read also.

a)Unlike Vista, Ubuntu is made to run on a wide variety of hardware. The minimum system requirements for Ubuntu is lower than that of XP, so hardware upgrades are barely needed. The requirements are listed for below for the current version of Ubuntu, 7.04 Fawny Fiesta.

That's a very nice sounding name. But I think it's actually Fiesty Fawn.

Great document, can't wait to read the final version.
