Waiting for my 280 to show up. I picked up a couple 250s for the kids.

I've got a e280. Great piece of kit!

Although the software provided won't work with Linux based systems!

I just drag 'n' drop all the music I want to the e280.

But I can't get my JPEG's and GIF's to open on it! Aparently the e280's software CD has a program on it which changes these formats to something which the e280 is happy with, but I have no idea what this format is.

Any ideas anyone?

Yeah the 280 is nice I got a 270 myself and I love it :) Little tip, to add songs to your Go List press and hold the middle button. That one took me like a year I kept thinking I have to play.
