different project types in anjuta

i<3 anjuta. i do wonder about which project type is the most correct as well as why there aren't any k apps.

can someone tell me what scenerios are used for what project type?

You would probably have to find or make your own Qt template. Otherwise, just create an empty project and type it out by hand. :)

If you're developing for KDE I'd suggest KDevelop. It would probably make your development process a little quicker if you're writing a Qt application.

it just starts with a little hello world and that's fine with me. so you are saying that they are all the same unless it's automatically including other libraries anyway, right?

i'm not up to really developing GUIs just yet. right now i'm just getting back to my roots and reviewing how everything works again.

I am a new user of Anjuta 2.30.2.1 and I have the following problem:

I would like to make a new empty GNOME 2.0 project and to add later one some GUI with Glade but the project wizard in Anjuta gives me only this options (see the attached picture)

Which type of project should I use in order to achieve my intentions?
What do "Anjuta Plugin" and "GNOME Applet" stand for?
Is there in the Web any detailed info about these different kind of project options?
