HI Folks
Forgive me if this is discussed elsewhere or if this is the wrong forum, or if the answer's staring me in the face...
I'm switching from OS X to Ubuntu for a lot of web work and I'm looking for something similar to what I have on the Mac, which is Cyberduck for FTP and TextMate for editing. The feature that I find I can't live without is the ability to edit files directly on a remote server, or at least update them without going through the download/upload process - every time I hit save in the editor it gets updated on the server.
Is there a way of getting gFTP/Bluefish to do this? Can anybody suggest software?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
cheers
