If a user is online, you have option of sending them an instant message. The exact wording is:
" Send Message Via AIM to..." and
"Please note that these functions require that you actually have the AOL Instant Messenger application installed on your computer."
Truth is you just need an IM application with AIM support - like GAIM. Since most of our users are probably NOT using AIM, I think the verbage should be changed.
