Im currently using KGet in Kubuntu to download programs. However in windows I use a program called Free Download Manager which downloads a file via multiple sections which makes it faster. Any good dm's for linux have anything like this? And do they have integration into FireFox?

wxDownload Fast (http://dfast.sourceforge.net/) Firefox integration through FlashGot.

A nice command line option is Aria2 (http://aria2.sourceforge.net/)

Firefox extension DownThemAll (http://www.downthemall.net/) is the best one I have encountered.
Having all the features I need as an extension, there is no room for a complaint.

I would also highly recommend the above two.
