Ubuntulooks hasn't seen any major work on it since Dapper (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntulooks). I would suggest a resync with clearlooks. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntulooks/+bug/138727

This is only a guess, but I think that 8.04 will have a completely new theme since it's going to be a LTS release like Dapper was.
