ubuntu forums, how big is it?

Hello,

as I came onto the front page of the ubuntuI could not ignore the large numbers in the (_____ Viewing) (________ Threads) (_________ Posts).

I was wondering if this is the biggest forum online?

Is there any other community as large as us out there?

It could make sense, does micropoop have one official forum?

so yeah, what do you know/think?

well i don't know about micropoop but Microsoft does on their site, and I don't know about that one, but yeah that's a good question tho..

Since it's vBulletin, it probably isn't going to be as ginormous as one thinks. But it definitely will still be larger than normal.

Futaba aka 2chan, is a lot bigger than this. It's just absolutely huge. I'd guess 4chan is bigger too, and maybe Something Awful as well.

I checked out microsoft, and, there is no question wich is bigger.

I cant believe it has listed 9500 names on the website as most number of users active at a time.

edit: oops, thats I think the list of currently active users.
How I got to know, the date as said there is 5th may, and I joined in july.
