Netword Hardware Drivers Problem

I have ACER Veriton 6800 PC with
Marvell Yukon 88E8052 PCI-E ASF Gigabit Ethernet hardware. It is not working on Ubuntu 7.04. However

I have Windows XP installed on the same system and it is working on it.

I searched for the driver but could not find.

Can any one please tell me how to check it out whether the device is detected on not and then how to configure and install driver and where to download it, if required.
