After several months of waiting it's finally here; the results of the remix contest! Multiple judges seeking to find the best of the best listened to nearly 200 remixes and in the end only 21 came out on top. Taking home the 1st place Hot Topic prize package is Dirty Scarab for his version of My Violent Heart (Prevention; Rejection). The 2nd place runner-up Faction package goes to the version of Vessel (Losing Control Remix) by Pushing Reality. Congratulations to both prize package winners for creating exceptional remixes and also to the 19 other winners that are featured here today for creating quality remixes.

Yes, this is freegin' awesome!!

The torrent engines and hosts are getting slammed for the torrent right now... I would like to see a download count in about a month or so - I am banking, all said and done, this will receive national media exposure... unless big business gets involved; in which case, the issue will still receive national coverage -just of a different nature - something I also see holding great potential in reality.

Awesome, none the less! Glad to see the success and fruits of open source in such a productive manner!! :guitar:

EDIT: 30 Seconds in = 400kB/s... Ahhh yea.
EDIT: Checked back = 510kB/s!!! (Ahhhh yea)2
EDIT: 73.3% = 608kB/s!!!!

My collected links and info on the matter... (http://blog.eznet.frih.net/?p=70)
It will be neat to see where this (http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?url=9inchnails.com) goes...
