Is it possible change the several Start Menù's options of Ubuntu's Live Cd?
For example... I want change the voice s"Avvia o Installa Ubuntu"and I reneame it "Installa Ubuntu", or I want add the news voices in Start Menù of Ubuntu's Live Cd.

are you saying that you want to remaster the livecd and make your own?
or are you saying that you just want to change the menu items while it is running (which won't persist between reboots)?

Yes, I want remaster the livecd to create my personalized distro, based on Ubuntu... so I want edit the Start Menu of Live Cd so as to to delete every reference to Ubuntu. Is It possible?

to edit the menu, use system>preferences>main menu
not sure how you'd remove the "system>about ubuntu" item, but if you look around on google i'm sure you'll find it. :)
