Not to bad Mike! In fact, for a blacked out background, it's quite readable for me. Cudos for that part. As for commenting on your coding... well, it's hidden with the frames. Frames are so yesteryear.

Overall I like it... simple, clean, readable. Nice jog, even though you use *cough* frames *cough*.

I got to your coding. What xhtml? Why tables are being used?
What code I looked at seems to not be valid. Found 3 errors on your home page at the w3c validation site.
It looks like your using inline styling. Consider linking to a seperate style sheet.
It'll make things much easier when you want to change the look. Keep you style sheet commented and organized properly too.

Just some suggestions...

Please no frames. Frames are evil. The only place I've ever seen frames done right is with google maps... and then that's pushing it.

Love the colors and the design. It goes really well with a technology site. Perhaps you may want to think about using old school green screen... however it may look too matrixy if you do.

If you do any kind of tabling layout, use style all the way. Have a look at http://csszengarden.com to see what I'm talking about... one page, hundreds of different css pages to manipulate the design, layout, and overall look.

There's a frameset in http://miked.none.pl/index.html, that aparently wraps all other pages

<frameset rows="100%" frameborder="0" border="0">
<frame name="strona" src="http://miked.byethost13.com/" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" frameborder="0" border="0" noresize>

I'll go with what's been said before : try to separate content from formatting, by using seperate style sheets. Especially the use of formatting attributes inside tags is rather amateuristic (eg the BODY tags), and the "style" in the paragraph thags could easily move into a css.

If you have any questions about improving this site, come by my forum. I'd be happy to give you a hand. It looks neat right now.

i will really try to ask on this forum. but i will tell you beginning of all that:

1.I was making the site using frames
2.I started to learn xtml and discovered styles (css)
3.With a help of my friend who told me how to use div-es i wrote this page and upload to www.byethost.com
4.Address of my site was long (http://miked.byethost13.com) so i decided to use alias/domain.
5.I made domaing in www.bo.pl but i dont have any access to ftp or sth like that so i cant remove this frames.
6.Other thing is that is any possibility to change this to css without changing domain provider? PS. I want it to be free.

Thanks in advance. Sorry if i haven't understood you very well. And thanks for comments.
