Every action usually leads to another page, so it isn't as fast as it looks (the delete feature leads to a page where you have several options and where you give the reason for the delete)

Banning is up to the admins, although a 15 point infraction is a ban while active. (That is for spam mostly, as it used to be the admins could ban and the spam would get out of control)

Infractions are an option on posts, and are sort of easy to do. It is like the report feature (it is next to it) and it leads to another page with another form (for the reason, duration, and notes to use and administrative notes)
