MetaGlossary (http://www.metaglossary.com/) while still in beta version seems pretty sweet overall.

Take a look what do you think?...I have mainly used Dictionary.com (http://dictionary.reference.com/) in the past, it still seems to be my favorite online dictionary.

I just use wiktionary. MetaGlossary seems okay.

i tend to use m-w.com for my online dictionary/thesaurus needs. (mainly because it's a short url to type.. :o)

the urban dictionary is also fun.

metaglossary looks like it could be interesting, but at first glance its output seems a bit jumbled.
