I need to delete files off my flashdrive, but it tells me that the files are read-only and cannot be modified. I've tried "sudo" and "sudo -i" and "sudo nautilus" but I'm still having no luck as it is obviously not a permission related problem. The problem is that the files are read-only. This is not refering to a physical switch by the way, it's the software's fault.

How can I make my files deleteable again? Can I mount my flashdrive under different restrictions via the CLI?

Edit: Well I deleted them, all I did was take the flashdrive out and put it in and then delete everything quickly before the damn things got classified as read-only. Oh well, problem solved... kind of...
