First: pick up some Avery 8293 round small labels
Second: Install gLables from Add/Remove
Third: Save this image to your desktop http://www.madman2k.net/images/69/ubuntu-liberated.png
Fourth: Open gLables and click new select Avery 8293 round small lables or whatever label sheets you have on hand and click ok.
Fifth: Go to object create image and then click on the label on the right, next to file click none and select your image from the directory you saved it in and size it to your liking.
Sixth: Put you labels in the printer, print the images, and once there printed cut the the needed part from the label
Seventh: Put it on your computer and you should have something like this
